How can I reserve a week for a vacation?

You can contact us via e-mail or by phone to "hold" a week, deposits are required within 5 days. Please note reservation week on deposit check.

How much is a deposit?

Deposits are $400.00 and must be a Money Order or Certified Bank Check made payable to: Pamela Mabry. The balance of your rental fee is due 6 weeks prior to your vacation. When we receive your deposit, you will be mailed a receipt and rental agreement with instructions on sending the balance of your rental fee.

How do we get the keys?

The keys to the unit are mailed to you approximately 14 days prior to your vacation. We include maps to locate Myrtle Beach and the unit along with brochures of area attractions.

Do you have a damage deposit?

Yes, we require a $100.00 damage/key deposit which is fully refundable after we receive the keys back and the unit is found in it's original condition.

Is cleaning included in the rental rate?

Yes, the unit is cleaned by our cleaning service after every departure.

Do you include linens?

No, bed & bath linens are not included in your rental fee. You must bring linens with you.  There are two queen size beds and two twin beds in the unit.  One queen is a pull out sleeper sofa in the living room. The beds have spreads and pillows, with the exception of the sleeper sofa.  There are blankets in the closets.

What is included in the kitchen?

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and all standard cooking utensils plus a coffee pot, blender, crock pot, mixer and dish towels and clothes.

What do we need to bring?

You will need to bring your normal toiletries, paper towels, laundry soap & beach towels.

Do you have beach chairs?

We try to have a few beach chairs for families to use and they are kept in the closet. The Myrtle Beach Lifeguards offer beach chair and umbrella rentals (in season) in front of the unit.  Chairs are provided at poolside.

What is your hurricane policy?

In the event that a hurricane requires mandatory evacuation, you will be fully refunded for all of the nights not used during your vacation.
