As private owners, we can offer our special attention to making your vacation stay both enjoyable and memorable.

Villa 214 offers a fantastic view of the ocean and southern shoreline from it's second floor, ocean front location.  The private balcony is accessable from the living room and master bedroom.  The "A Place At The Beach IV" Seagull building is right on the beach. There are no streets to cross or long walks carrying all your beach gear.  Just step out of the building and onto a beautiful beach.

Villa 214 has a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, living room, kitchen/dining area floor plan.  It is equipped with two 32" color cable TVs with DVD (MB & LR), new 26" TV-DVD guest bedroom (all TVs are flat screen), new air conditioning, heat, ceiling fans in each room and new outdoor patio furniture.  The bedrooms include a queen size bed in the master bedroom and two twin size beds in the second bedroom.  In addition, the living room has a new fold out queen size sleeper sofa and new room-darkening drapes.  The kitchen is fully equipped with a new smooth-surface range, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. AND newly acquired secure high speed wireless internet access! (passwords included in key package)

The location is fantastic!  Our condo is centrally located to all major attractions.  It's in the northern end of Myrtle Beach, less than 3 miles south of the new Conway 22 East by-pass, so there's little to no bumper to bumper traffic on arrival.  Once you're there, you can enjoy not being directly in the hustle bustle of the beach traffic because it's on a dead-end street right on the ocean!  There is a shopping area called the Staw Market within walking distance across the street, complete with sub sandwich shop and ice cream parlor.  And South Carolina's largest fishing pier is just a short walk up the beach!  The Galleria shopping center is a few blocks away. And if you want to see the shows, play miniature golf, or visit the amusement parks, it's all within minutes of you.  Truly, it couldn't be more perfect.

ATTENTION

The listed weekly rate is the total net cost to you. The tax and cleaning is included in this rate!  The refundable $100 key/damage deposit is the only amount you need to add to the listed rate to have your total payment amount, but keep in mind the $100 key/damage deposit is totally refundable pending no damage and you return the keys in the postage paid envelope. Also keep this total cost in mind when comparing rates of other condos and be sure to ask about the final, total cost and any additions to the rental rate.
